Live in Care
Your own chosen live in carer that will fit into your family setting. We arrange the same carer for each person to enable the building of a good rapport based on mutual respect between the person and the carer.
Visiting Care
Hourly, daily, or weekly high class visiting care tailored to your personal needs.
Overnight Care Support in the comfort of your home
Depending on your individual circumstances, we offer sleeping nights or waking nights care to guarantee a peace of mind and any required support through the night. In the case of waking nights, the carer is in your home and always awake through the night ensuring you are safe and resting throughout the night. Sleeping nights is when a carer is asleep during the night, but on call to provide support if needed. This is the perfect choice for a person who doesn’t require much support through the night.
Palliative Care
Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of person at the closing stages of their lives. Therefore, it can be a very distressing time for the person and their loved ones. As a result, our carers offer round the clock support, companionship, light housework like cooking and cleaning, emotional support for friends and family.
Home Care for disabled adults
Our bespoke services offer support for disabled adults thereby improving the quality of life and enhancing the feeling of independence in for the person. We will ensure you have the right care and support in place that fits around your needs, and preferences.
Medication
Our dedicated team of nurses and a pharmacist work with our carers to support you in medicines management and administration of medicines as required by the care plan.
